Role:
We are searching for a Freelance UX Researcher with a unique ability to combine user research, data analysis, and strategic insight to drive product innovation. This role offers an opportunity to lead impactful research initiatives, implement advanced data tracking systems, and extract actionable insights to enhance product adoption and user engagement. You will also play a key role in defining UX and product solutions based on your findings.
Responsibilities:
User Research and Insights:
● Analyze and synthesize findings into actionable insights that guide UX and product decisions.
● Conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions to uncover pain points, behaviors, and needs.
Data Tracking and Analytics:
● Implement and optimize data tracking systems, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
● Set up and manage tools like Mixpanel (or equivalent), creating dashboards and reports that support stakeholders across design, sales, and support.
Data-Driven Insights:
● Analyze user behavior and feature adoption to evaluate the success of product features.
● Develop dashboards and reports to track product performance, ensuring stakeholders can access actionable insights.
Feature Evaluation and Ideation:
● Monitor the success of new product features and identify opportunities for improvement.
● Generate data-driven ideas for feature enhancements or new offerings based on user behavior and trends.
Defining UX and Product Solutions:
● Collaborate with design and product teams to define user-centered solutions.
● Translate research insights into design recommendations and actionable product strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
● Work closely with designers, product teams, and engineers to align research findings with business goals.
● Create workflows and notifications via tools like Zapier and Slack to ensure timely updates on key metrics.
Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience in UX research, analytics, or a related field.
● Proficiency in conducting user research methodologies, including interviews and usability testing.
● Familiarity with data tracking tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and basic coding for data implementation.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
● Excellent understanding of product lifecycle stages and user-centered design principles.
● Experience creating data-driven reports and dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders.
● Proven ability to define UX and product solutions based on research insights.
● Exceptional communication skills and ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
